Funds4Scouts app helps users to organize their customer orders. Track progress to reach target. This app will help scouts to improve sales phenomenally as they get to see how their sales and commission increase with each new order.

5. Customer screen allows to enter the customer details so that we can deliver items.
6. Generate report gives list of all order and clicking on each row takes you to the individual order.
7. Sign out button takes you to the login screen.
In my boys scout troop we have 32 boys and we sold $19,000 worth of wreaths this year. Almost every school district has their own troop and fund raising activities across the nation and this could benefit many of them.
Every year, my fellow scouts and I partake in an annual fundraiser to support our troop. We sell Christmas and Hanukkah items along with chocolates as part of this effort. However, one of the challenges we face is with organization. We use a sheet of paper to write down all our orders which means that factors such as difficult to read handwriting come into play. Additionally, 40% of the profits would also go back to the individual scout. When we take orders on paper, each individual scout does not know how much of the profit they receive.
On the night when we turn in our order forms, 5 to 6 adults will gather for two hours to check to ensure that the money that received matches the total cost of the items. These adults use hand-held calculators to multiply and add up the orders of each scout. Having to account for thousands of dollars in this manner is a strenuous and time taking process especially considering that our troop sells approximately $19,000 worth of wreaths each year. After one month, our troop receives the orders and then we will need to be ready to deliver them. However, if one of the paper order forms are lost, then there is no way we can figure out where or whom to deliver the order to.
Funds4Scouts stores all of the information, so that the user can generate a report to see order details. Since we store all customer information, we can contact them if necessary. Also, the troop currently does not know how well their scouts are progressing until the final day when we turn in our order forms. Using this data, the troop can track individual and overall sales which would allow them to provide support to the scouts.
